What prop did you do 55 with? Is it the new H5 you ordered if so it's right about the speed I was running. If not what was it! (edit) Nevermind I actually decided to read the posts! Was it your super special M445 cause I was only getting 49mph with a s&b m445 and 57 with the H5. Either way those are some good numbers.

Yup, the new H-5. Bear in mind that I use the stock UL-1 speed control. If I could bump the timing up, maybe a little more speed, but the temps were so liveable that I'll leave well enough alone.

So we have mostly the same prop and speeds just about the same too. Nice to know! What were your temps? My motor was 126 after 1.5 minutes on the endbell. I wanna be able to run for 2 minutes minimum but my temps soar if I even get close. It's fine at 1.5 minutes. Can't wait to meet up again and maybe actually run together with my new SV motor, will be a good comparo.

Didn't really check temps- I was too jazzed when I saw the GPS. Finger test showed nothing too hot. I think that with the lower timing of my UL-1 SC the temps would have been less than your Ice with higher timing. I'm hoping we can meet & play at Joe's when he gets back early Sept.

I'm anxious to get to Joe's too! My last 126 temp was actually with timing at 10 like the stock esc I was using a cheap 150 amp though since I toasted the ice. Knowing my luck I'll have it running good then run into that magnet like wall at his Lake and sink it! I might order some of those nano techs now seems they are working pretty good for $75.00

Using the UPS 3 day shipping option I ordered lipo Tuesday and received it today Thursday. Decals were included. My pack measures 155mm long x 48mm wide x 35mm thick...my lipo is larger.

I just re-measured mine; same as yours. I noticed that yours also had the 4.5 mm connectors & 10 AWG wire as well, not as specified by HK which showed 8 AWG & 5.5's. Not a big deal 'tho. You'll like these IMO !

8 gauge wire is TOO bulky. I like the 10 gauge better, but the cheap connectors are coming off and Castle 6mm bullets will be installed.

Why do they put those CHEAP connectors on there?
