My Insane FE 30 arrived yesterday with a smashed lower rudder hinge pin support bracket so that the hole for the pin is eccentric (see photo) and the pin won't fit. Any ideas how I can repair the bracket?

Was this shipping damage ?

That looks like a press to fit or machining fault. I will advise if mine has the same defect as it has arrived today and I have to pick it up in the USA. Is it on both sides?

No, it's only the lower support for the bushing...looks like it was hit from the side and deformed. It's sort of egg-shaped instead of round...

Is the hardware available separately?
There is a Gen 4 hardware package that is on his website but it may be bigger and it costs $150.00.

The hardware for this boat has nothing to do with his gen 4 hardware for his gas boats. The electric hardware is $95. and can be bought seperately as anything else Jeff sells.
