Mark had to feel out the size of the lake on that run; at that speed it suddenly got smaller I could only think of two words to describe what I saw; the first word was "HOLY.."

Is that second word "SHARK"? Remember this was in the water when Mark was running his new red Insane Hydro...............

That was Radtec driving the boat for the first time in the first half. Then he handed it off to me. My setup was a 648 2 blade prop on 4s 2p.

You may as well call it butter cause that thing was on a roll!!

Man I wish I had the cash for one of these. Maybe the end of the year. I do have a new project that I am excited to get started on. Looks like you all had lots of fun. I just wish I had one other person to run with.

Glad you like it. It is my wife's favorite CD that we picked up in Bangkok several months ago. It is called Budabhar and very popular in Tailand. This was an MP3 disc with about 50 different songs.....perfect for FE background.

Its OK to ask me questions Jan. We didn't temp anything but the equipment was a little on the hot side. I expected as much considering the prop I ran and how long the boat was out.

It was a hot day; air and water temps were "up there". My stuff was warmer than usual but not in the danger zone.

Right you are !! I've been working towards this for some time; looks like things are spooling up & with the new Insane FE 30 catching on we may be able to get this going. Mark Grim & the Seismic Amigos have offered the opp to run FE heats during their races as time allows but an all FE day of oval/offshore sprints will be a project I'm pushing for. Believe me, I'm anxious to get it going and it is moving in that direction. I'll push the locals to get SoCal FE more organized - a meeting will be called soon !

Wish I could have made it as well. I would love to see that boat in person with the 1527 in it. I saw it with the Leopard 2200kv and the UL-1 motor, but it looks ballistic with the 1527 on the video.

                              Mark,
It looked like for one split second the Boat Eating Wall at turn two came close to claiming another victim. I bet that lake feels small turning laps at those speeds!
Are you planning on making any changes before the 2 Lap in a couple weeks? Not that you need to make any changes.
I am assuming you are bringing this beast.

                              Have a good one.......

For some reason that wall must glitch the radio's because all the boats have trouble once they get there. Mine almost ate the wall once too! I don't think it's the drivers cause it happened to everybody around that area.
