having a look at another tc31 build his rtr weight was 2.8 kg but that was with 6s 2p 8000mah and still had all the wood and radio box.
so dddmx3s hull shouldnt weigh more than 2.5 kg (5.5 lb) running 6s 1p 5000mah
    and no radio box etc.
i dont think that would be much more than my mean machine running on 4s
cant see his hull being any were to heavy it should be a nice setup on 6s
if others have had trouble powering these hulls on a 540xl on 6s i would suspect there setup was not good

so i should still order the 2 of the 5000mah 3s 25c lipos, and the Imax B6 Charger?

I think im going to get the turnigy accucel-6 charger instead of the imax b6 but then again its out of stock... so i guess its the imax b6?
And what about this charger http://unitedhobbies.com/hobbyking/s...idProduct=2055?

      p.s. i know its a 2s to 4s charger but cant i charge seperatly?

      Maybe this lipo charger? http://www.hobbypartz.com/60p-dyc-1004.html

I like the Hyperion series myself but have used other brands with success. Look for a good power supply too! You can find machine tool power supplies on B-tray with good amperage ratings for pretty cheap. 10 to 20 amps minimum so you can run 2 chargers at the same time. Once your hooked your hooked!

The cooling jacket is about 5mm to long, or else the motor mount doesnt fit..

Whats wrong? Do you have the same jacket shown in your motor mount pictures on ose's website?

                      yes i bought that one.
but anyways i got it to work just had to push and adjust a little harder. but it seems pretty tight.

update: installing water inlet at the bottom of the hull.

P.S. Anyone want to buy a ALMOST BRAND NEW, or LIKE NEW Dynamite .32 engine? only ran one tank of fuel!!

I trust you verified orientation of the inlet/outlet and used a lubricant when you installed the water jacket and check for leaks prior to installation in the hull.

Let me surf the category and hook you up. I bought both of mine there and neither was spendy. One was 12 amps for something like $26 and the second was 18 amps but was like $34. Both quality regulated machine tool quality (low ripple/filtered/no noise) and new. If I remember right Andy Kunz works/worked at a place that made something similar. Condor and Power One come to mind for names.
