Please provide the source of the King of Shaves decals. I would like to finish my 32" cat in those colors.

Hi m8 just download this electric power calculator at http://www.rcboataholic.com/fe_calc.htm and it help you get an set up boat your boat ,Here an littel info about it
      1. This program is an electric power calculator (like motocalc) but for Fast Electric Boats that use surface piercing propellers. This program is continually being refined to closely calculate how a given RC boat setup will perform, speed, duration, etc. The functionality includes the ability to determine the motor power output. motor/prop RPM, Torque, Efficiently, boat Speed and Runtime ... All this is based on its Batteries, ESC, Wire, Hull and Motor. To determine these values it calculates the power consumption of surface piercing propellers and then compares that to the power output of the motor. It continues to iterate until an RPM equilibrium of the prop/motor/esc/batteries is found. With that information, and the type of hull, it will estimate speed and runtime. I'm always looking to GPS'ed setup information so I can continue to refine the propeller absorption coefficients. The program output is presented in both table and graph form. There are several graphing options, the default one is generally the one of most interest as it shows where the prop and motor RPM curves cross. This is the equilibrium point where the system will run (under full throttle). I don't have extensive error checking in place just the basics, so if you want to put in 100 cells on an 05 motor it will calculate it. Obviously the numbers generated would be bogus as the motor nor ESC could never take that kind of load. So garbage in = garbage out

Kenny, that site link was posted only for the King-of-Shaves decal set. It would be a bit hard to "build" them ourselves...

Not that hard with a printer/plotter for vinyl... which I happen to have in the office. Even if you contact a logo/signs company, it will be around 10-20$ / square meter to print in color. Just cutting is even cheaper. Attached you see a sticker I made for another project.
Just go to the guys with a drawing made in Corel, Cad or other vector graphics software... and you're done

Kenny is right. If it's decals you want instead of stickers, you can buy the decal paper and just print on your laser or inkjet... the only drawback is you cannot print white. But, you can print the underlayer white...
Aircraftresourcecenter is where I was hanging around before starting boats... :)

That profile shot looks great. Just remember to think about how you want to mount the rudder. If needed remove the middle part of the second bulkhead from the back to get to the mounting screws from the inside. I love how you used the canopy profile pieces with foam to shape it. That profile was traced directly from the Mystic C5000 drawings so it is exactly to scale. I just opted for a SV27 canopy to speed things up a bit...
Another tip - Balsa cats usually shear their sponsons under heavy loads, so reinforce the connection between the sponson and the main longitidunal stringers with glassfibre any way you like.

Also remember to strengthen the rear three bulkheads with glassfibre. They will take the most strain...
