    Thanks Ben,

I cant wait, it'll be a blast. I also recieved conformation that my BJ motor will get here Friday

Did I mention that I'm installing blades on my boat in an attempt to sink Trev's, or atleast scratch it

Made plenty of progress on the vessel today, spent nearly the whole day working on it. Definately be ready for Sunday, just waiting on my OSE order that should arrive tommorrow.

          Post pics tommorrow

Well Jimmy, I didn't think it possible, but I've beaten you! I finished the refurb on my OM26 today. Of course I have to wait until next weekend to test, but it sure looks pretty

            I'll start a similar thread.

            Cheers,
            Scott

                Hey Jimmy,

The inside of the boat looks much better then the outside , did you just refurbish the inside of the boat?

                    Finished

Finally done, I recieved my OSE order yesterday on time as usual (Thanks to Steven) It had my Aqua craft speed controller and my new DX3RS radio + a whole lot of other stuff for my Hydro

The only other thing that I can do to the boat is to set up all the DX3RS telemetry gear in it but I dont think it will need it

First test yesterday, went really well. Mucked around with strut depth, angle and I found the best prop to use was an M445. Ample amounts of speed and the motor was coming out of the boat at 45'C so I can always go to a M545 if need be. I also was using my DX3s, very helpful when running new setups, the eagle tree is also another must have for all boaters.

Hey Jimmy, glad the test went well. What were the conditions like at Kurwongbah yesterday? I found mine a little flighty on the M445, definitely more settled on the modded X645. But my CG is probably different to yours.

I really like the SV27/BJ26 power combo!

Just let me know how many amps the Eagletree says you're pulling when I pass you at the next race meeting

I used the M445 mainly because it was what I had on my AC motor, but with the BJ motor being 1500kv there was no heat ( and I like no heat ) so I stayed with it. With lakeside being choppy alot I'm not to worried about straightline speed, I was out yesterday to get the boat handling well. But as I said there was plenty of room for a pitchier prop.

FYI Scotty , I wont be pulling any amps when U pass me because the race will already be over
                          I cant wait
