Thanks, When you say colour are you referring to the Green or the finish on the hardware

Alot of hard work and time, probaly took me a solid 1 hour of polishing to get it like that. I have a polishing bit setup on dads drill press and it works great, polished up just about anything

                More pictures

As I filled all of the old holes for water cooling etc, I have relocated them and drilled new ones. I decided to have both my water pickup and outlet on the transom of the boat - I am actually using an octura inlet as an outlet (polished) and I mounted the antenna as high as I could on the side of the hull.

I have only mounted the 9XL in the boat for mockup purposes to see where the best spot to mount the speedy is as I plan to run a PB motor

I am also tossing about whether or not I should paint the TF mounts and the Solinger mount the same colour as the hull.

nah, don't paint the mounts! leave them natural/polished!!

                  Looks good tho!!!

Is that a safety disconnect loop on the front by the foam?
My prop hasn't been wet in a while.

I'm only painting the TF mounts and yes that is a safety loop. Our club is affiliated with the AMPBA (Australian Model Power Boat Accosiation) and its a rule that all boats have a safety loop if they want too race.

Funnily enough the Octura inlet works better as an outlet as it fires the water upwards instead of straight overboard - should be easier to see when the boat is running
