I've been pretty busy, all the components have been taken back off in prep for the final clear coat and I have finished my headers (Bling factor )

I also could not bare to not have the inside not glossy , so I applied another coat of polyurethane, looks sweet ( yet more bling )

Did you paint the water cooling hoses Jim, don;t forget to put them on correctly now will you.

Jeez Trev, u shouldn't be paying out Jim boat, I'm sure mines much faster than yours.........did I mention that mine doesn't have a motor? Not that it matters. Its still faster.



ps. Try to make sure yr LIPO'S are actually IN THE BOAT BEFORE you throw in...

Looks like that boat runs well. How far is your prop from the transome?

The propeller is aproximately 50mm from the transom, still waiting on those decals

Looks like it will not be ready for the X-mas party on the 14th

I have also decided to ditch the headers and save them for the shovel

i think you made a wise choice with those headers, don't think they suited the om26..
(but beauty is in the eye of the beholder)

Poor Trev, the only thing that goes SLOWER than his boat is Jims (while its on a stand in his garage).

Although it does get a little depressing listening to Ash' scream of "GO!" in that audio tape. Bring back the voice from the Land Of The Sheep, I say. (abreviated to L.O.T.S - cause there's lots of sheep.)

Ready for clear coat, also hope to have my BJ motor here by Saturday to run at Boondal
