I had to put it on hold for a few days. I'm waiting on a servo and I have like 4 other builds going on for other people. I'll get back to it shortly.........

After some farting around with other stuff and my son repeatedly asking when I'm going to finish his, I decided it was time to get back on it tonight. I figured I'd peck away at it and make a little progress. Well I got carried away. It's done. Lol. It should see its maiden voyage tomorrow. Bench tested just fine. I'm sure it's not going to run nowhere close to correct so I'm sure it's going to need lots of playing with to get it setup right. This is my first hydro build, never even drove one. Guess we will see how it goes!

I keep getting lucky. My luck gonna run out tho lol. I built another rivercat for a member here (he doesn't ever post, just watches lol). Went relax it yesterday, it was a beast. Ran perfect from the get go. It turns, is fast and reliable...runtime seems pretty good too. I didn't post a build on it tho. Turned out beautiful. I'm about to head to the lake shortly to run the pickle and mini mono. Haven't decided if I feel like running mine today...97.5mph will hold me over till next Weekends camping trip. Stay tuned, I'll post video of the pickle whether it does good or not. I never try to hide my failures, so if it does bad, so be it. Ain't no shame in my game! Lol

Waiting on the battery....but in the mean time, I water tested it in the tub...submerged for over a minute, no water got in. Then I put the battery straps in, cable tied all the water lines and put the gps in it.

The cg is right where the sponson web merges with the side of the hull. Good luck.

Just ran it. Ran very well. Nothing heated up. Turned ok with no turn fin but it does need one. Water came in somewhere (I'm 99% positive the culprit was the hatch tape which I despise. The receiver got wet and stopped working. The one and only receiver I own that I did not epoxy, lol. Pics..... video soon...
