I have a couple connections but I couldnt post a price. One freind does nickle chrome. Another freind has the availability but I havent asked him. He is a member here maybe her will chime in...If he doesnt then I am guessing he may not wanna bother with it .... Colors are cool but chromeing isnt worth it.

I like the stinger with the skeg, a lot.
Does the rudder have a water pickup??
I am in hopes of getting the molds off the deck and hatch plugs tomorrow for my build.

The hardware is all one off. I dont do production hardware. If i do a short run it is limited to only a few pcs. I do have a stinger for sale in the swapshop but it does not have a skeg. I have another stinger that is close to completetion that will be for sale in the near future. This is my 1st skegged stinger , I am hopeing I will not need turn fins????.... We could have a chat about a set of hard ware. What size and kind of hull are you thinking about??? I do not do w/p rudders s of yet... but a pick up could be designe into he braket... just a thought...
I have useing in hull pick ups for a cleaner look.

boat hardware

Hi;
I have been looking for some hardware for my boat, I am calling it the Viking.
I scratch built a 36" hull in the style of the Apache Race boats the story is in this forum entitled " 36" Scratch Deep Vee" with photos.
I couldn't wait and I ran the first hull out of the mold today with no deck. I put a Graupner 700BB 9.6 in it and tried a number of props. It wasn't burning up the water on 12 cells, but my Feigao 5409XL arrived today. I am using a 3/16 shaft with a .150 flex cable. I am waiting for the molds to come off the plugs for the deck and hatch, maybe tomorrow.
Your Hardware is perfect for my boat, then again my boat is perfect for your hardware.

Well fr the most part I finished my stinger today, maybe a final polish before installation. With the hardware soft mounted I figured my /cg for the motor mounts and will hopefully cut the stringers this week. I will wait a bit before installing to make sure I dont need anymore holes cut or drilled.

I will also be working on a hatch. I think I will vac u form it for a proto then if i like it then make from one from f/g.

hmmmm either a standard bubble type or a more scale type with a dash seats fake air intakes ect

Well I got a bit more done today at work. I wipped up a cooling plate for the front of the motor. I cut some mock up stringers. and cut a block of modeling board(ren) for the hatch.... I also finished up my vac u pickle hardware.....

I also picked up a new tool.. a tubing bender lil sucker works good...

All my work is done on a manual bridgeport and no blueprints. I could make anothe but it wouldnt be exactly the same unlees i blueprint the current one...
I like "one offs", keeps thing different...
Thank you for the compliments. I am hopeing to make a alum set of mouints tmo at work .... Call them proto types...
