So far these are the cleanest hulls I have ever built, and extremely square. Just the interior epoxy, foam, 1/4" aluminum for turn fin, and decks installed left. Mike

I'm using a TP in mine 4070 1770kv on 6s with a MGM 280amp. 28026-3 X2 series Lite ESC. IMO TPs are a really good motor for the price.

My set-up is supposed to be:
                Castle /Traxxas 1717 XO-1 motor (1650kv). SF 220A pro + and 2p6s for total 10000mah.
Talked to Chris at Dasboata on propellers and hopefully there will be some variations with the beginning of a modified X452.
Really look forward to having this amazing boat in my hands. Mike does an incredible job. Many thanks to him!

Thanks guys, Here is another teaser. The 1/4" aluminum backing plate for the turn fin has been added. I will begin adding fiberglass cloth, foam, and epoxy to the sponsons as soon as tonight, and add the decking. Sorry for the delay. I had to lay up a bunch of tunnel cowls for prior customer requests before I ship out all my tunnel molds. I sold off the O/B Tunnel portion of ML Boatworks over last weekend. Mike

Yup, a friend of mine that owns an RC company called PTI bought out the Tunnel "division" of ML Boatworks. I needed a way to free myself up from the garage all the time, and the tunnels were the most time consuming as far as fiberglass work is concerned, so I called my friend that helped me when I needed it a few years ago, and he was interested as he currently already had the rights to the PS295 as he is working on a Lexan version for a starter hull to get kids running tunnels. Now he can run with the whole tunnel lineup! This gives me time to design more stuff that doesnt require fiberglass cowls, meaning less shop time, meaning more time with my family...which is the whole goal honestly. Mike

Quite right thought, Mike! Good for you and your family, maybe not as good for the tunnel guys. But maybe, your hulls will come in fiberglass laminate now?
                        Best, Lasse

Wow, Mike, I LOVE your PS 295 tunnel. Have two, lol... One I believe was your personal boat, all in great condition, I waited two years to come across these opportunities.
Thanks for bringing us great products!

Thanks Guys, I will still make the tunnels for customers from time to time as the full lineup will be available threw my friends company, PTI.

On another note, two center sections complete with decks, two to go! Then on to the sponson decks. Pics soon, Mike
