I kinda thought that when it goes air-born and comes down backwards it would stand less of a chance of ripping the cover off. New radio box starting to come together. position is next.DSC05802.jpgDSC05800.jpg

don't know if it will hold till I crash it a few times. Areo-marine sells one for $40 but doesn't have the look I was after. It's kinda flat in the front. Clearence was not an issue with the motor. Just trying to use all that I have here laying around. radio box will be made out of lexan. Will be using an old FM radio with the antenna. I hope it will be just fine they use to be all we had and worked well.

The build is looking great savage. That stripper worked fantastic. I didn't know there was anything left on the market that still worked! It's going to be insane with a 2028. I may have to stuff a master in the genesis to go that fast. Though that's only gold till corner one then your gone! Man that's a lot of motor. Any progress with the hatch? The build us a little confusing with another build happening to. What else do do you run?

I built last winter a 35" Delta force pirate with a 4092 , i picked up a 36" Drifter cat L with a 4082 , i sold a few to get a few new boats , i have a speed2 tunnel i'm putting together also , the ship yard is full , working on a rigger and a 26" drifter for Chris Rabe , they just need some finals and some open water for testing .

Lenny thats the right pairs ...least were on the same page just different country's

Got the motor in place has a low center of gravity for the turns and balance point. side rails will come out for the batterys. Trays will have to be built and pour foam will go under them. Still have a way to go.DSC05809.jpgDSC05808.jpgDSC05807.jpgDSC05806.jpgDSC05804.jpg

It's good to see this moving along. It's looks like a natural FE boat.
