@ Ryan, He's not aware LOL. If only I had your lake and a big car and the guts to pull the trigger and so on I might just consider. I think if I kept it, Steve would hunt me down for this one LOL

You guys are funny!, I thought I'd start posting while the epoxy is drying. That way I have an excuse to post. I had a few TAG motor mounts in mind, but didn't like em too much. In the end, I went even simpler then what I was going to do.Visit www.customcfparts.com | Custom Boat Building | Custom Carbon Fiber Parts | Custom Graphics | LMT Premium Dealer | MGM Premium Dealer | YouTube | Facebook

Next prep the hull by sanding all binding surfaces, and clean off with break disc cleaner. Then used CA glue to tac the mounts in, then brushed on some 6hour epoxy, followed by some glass braid and finally some heavy duty carbon fiber cloth and 24 hour epoxy of the final cure. Don't think the mounts will come out.Visit www.customcfparts.com | Custom Boat Building | Custom Carbon Fiber Parts | Custom Graphics | LMT Premium Dealer | MGM Premium Dealer | YouTube | Facebook

Very nice install, didn't expect anything less though.
The boat will smash to a billion pieces before they go anywhere..
Is that piece down the tunnel just sitting there or is that glued into place to create a straight surface for the clock tower?Comment

@ Ryan, thanks for the compliments. The sheet is there for you to wonder what's next LOL.... but is a 160x500mm CF sheet. That boat is big!! I have to use my super size sheets of 650x450m for what I'm doing!Visit www.customcfparts.com | Custom Boat Building | Custom Carbon Fiber Parts | Custom Graphics | LMT Premium Dealer | MGM Premium Dealer | YouTube | Facebook

@ Ryan,
Yes she is a big girl, too big for my room, car, to lift you name it! anyway I got a few things done but nothing major. I had the brass tubes from MBP, get them shortened (tube cutter is the word here) and ready for install, only to find out I couldn't bend these no matter how hard I tried LOL, of cause I didn't want to kink it. So I installed them in the drill and used a flame to heat n bend!! Perfect!!Visit www.customcfparts.com | Custom Boat Building | Custom Carbon Fiber Parts | Custom Graphics | LMT Premium Dealer | MGM Premium Dealer | YouTube | Facebook

@Steve, looks impressive. But I didn't have any at 10pm!!! and bending a 100mm tube with 1mm wall between two fingers was not gonna happen!! Flame was the more creative way! if the brass got soft, there is the carbon to support ... she'll be fine LOLVisit www.customcfparts.com | Custom Boat Building | Custom Carbon Fiber Parts | Custom Graphics | LMT Premium Dealer | MGM Premium Dealer | YouTube | Facebook
