looks like a grate wardware. should be a fast boat. getting the stingers low as possible on a build like this is what will be the trick to getting fast.
Don't be afraid to work the rudder over to get the most from it. some stingers only pick up water frome one side. you should modify so that it picks up from both and polish when done. Are the stingers from HOR Racing?

The rudder have 2 water inlets on both side , 2 on right side and 2 on left side that will give a good pressure for watercooling.
Yes the stingers are HOR models (3/16")

I made a set of cap banks for ESC, caps are 1000µF 63 Volts

I live in a place that has ice, this time of year. I'm ice fishing this time every year. It could be the problem. Or he just is taking his time. I have a lot of builds that I jump on and take a brake and work on something else for a while. You just need to look at other builds for awhile and wait.

You have all the hardware to mount to the transom, but your going to wait until you recieve your electrical components?

                          Hi,

I don't know what kind of servo choosing for the 50'' FOUNTAIN. Is a 15kg necessary? Please give me your advice, thanks

If a 15kg servo is not too powerful, I can have a good deal on this model.

I buy this servo on a french forum, it is new.

I ask myself (?) if 3/16" flex shafts will be strong enough... 10S for each 4092-930kV, 3000 Watts continuous

                              Thanks

                                Yup. Plenty strong.
                                Go drill some holes.
