Caution when working with Beryllium Cooper! Activities such as grinding, sanding, polishing or any activity which abrades the surface will cause airborne dust particles. These Beryllium Cooper particles are highly toxic! There are dangers involved with inhaling dust or fumes. It can cause serious, chronic lung disease in some individuals. Over time lung disease can be fatal! Warning- Potential Cancer hazard!

I do, there has not be any documented cases of cancer or lung disease from this in 25 years, just be aware of the hazards and be careful.

and also.. does it exactly have to be as sharp as a blade.. cuz im trying my hardest and cant get it as thin as that.. like in that post that said the prop cut his hand.. i cant even make it cut paper.. i have been hard at work on it for like 45 min

None of mine will cut paper, but they could cut skin when holding them while removing the prop nut.

this isnt my prop but does the part that the arrow is pointing to have to be sharpened also?

Yes, it uses all of the blade during the run.

i got the electric stuff layed out

                              12x2 orion revolution
                              novak dually esc
venom 4600 6 cell- not the best but will work for the time being
                              and probably a spectrum reciever

then i made a cooling coil becuase i was low on money and the outlet
i also changed the tubing to high flow tubing
