3650 sounds good, I thought I put it in my post with the setup; but I am using a 1/16" wire drive going to the venom 4mm strut. You could also have one to a 3/16" stub - just depends on size of the strut.
The wire drive is great for this one as it is very efficient.

I am in the process of moving so in a few days I should be able to get one, but here is my gallery right now, you should get a general idea of how it's setup. I am the third owner of this boat, maybe even further down the list than that, but I don't think the person who originally set it up knew exactly what they were doing. The rudder is mounted far off to the right and really doesn't enjoy making left turns, it mostly likes right turns.

I think I may have got her tuned in ...I decided to focus on the 3s performance and put the cg right about 1/4" behind the first step as Jesse suggested. I put the center line of the strut at about .335" and it has about 1 deg of negative. I decided to use the x637 since its a smaller diameter but it will still have speed. The SW was still bouncy so I change the cg a few times with no result. I went back to the 1/4" behind step and decided to play with the tabs since thats the last thing I have messed with. My tabs are mounted about an 1/8" above the transom and are shorted to about 1.062", they were set at neutral so I decided to add some down and bingo! It stayed glued to the water! Now 4s is almost there but I think I need to use my 5000 mah for the extra weight instead of the 3300mah. Ill give that a shot next.
