No no no, not chicken M8 - I have for a long time been set on the 1380mm (as you know) I want to see this as a powerhouse and I know its build right, but I want a bigger model, and use some of my heavy gear.

Me too, but hard to tell wife I need another 5K boat. This way makes it easy on the other half. If I can have the same boat in a bigger model I'll be happy.

I have heard that Neu's/Castle motors like more diameter than pitch.

                Hmm
                1518/1800 on 6S 42krpm loaded loves x447.
                1512/1800 on 6S 42 krpm loaded loves x442.
Thus more torque more diam , more rpm more pitch.
But there's a point when too much or too little of either and nuthn works.
I also work on 1kw per Kg for fast. 2kw super fast.

Took her out today, new record of 119,5km/h uploading vid shortly. Props 4518/2 propshop. Nearly side flipped must have a play with stingers and COG I think I have to adjust them to more negativ to keep the nose down. Other than that she was good fun.

Ok stingers are adjusted, ready for a run in the morning if weather clear. Let's get this girl up to speed before she sells.

Nice video Kent. Did you run through a couple sets of batteries? That was a lot of running! Seems like enough runs to tweak the cog/stingers on site, yes/no? Good luck w/ the adjustments.

                          Hiya
Sounds like motors out of sync...Can hear one spool up before the other infirst few mins before packs lose top end.
                          Nice props !
                          is your rudder sharpened ?
Looks like rear end is dragging... raises front.
Have you 600 sanded the sponson pads ?

c u 10:00 Sunday morning for some chilly water time !

attached pic is a teaser for this water in a few weeks.

From the last vid, it looks like the hopping is pretty level till it gets too much air in the tunnel. Maybe the props have too much lift.

FC imports this TFL hull , he calls it the "daytona"
TFL also produce decaled and filled with ALL hardware ... amusingly most the same gear FC has in his 4sale !
                                haha
Although their assembly was a bit rushed re shaft alignment.. easy to reset.
ARTR ... just add electrics .. even comes with 450/3 props !

                                Where from ?
Im building this one for www.rcboatbitz.com .. like having China on my doorstep !

Stingers are angled down.. same result ... he says 'unable to adjust '
