Battery stand now fitted made out of balsa wood. Can use the 2 plasticard pieces if need be to make a parallel set up(making it wide enough). Will run this boat on a single pack first. Picture is of a 4s 5000mah Lipo on the battery stand.Everything that has a beginning, has an EndComment

Recent additions. Velcro on the balsa wood battery stand. Heat shrink on the end of the stuffing tube onto flex cable. Couldn't take a picture of the back as camera wouldn't focus but I have also put silicon all in the back between the hull and the stinger to stop water coming up the stuffing tube. Completely dry nowEverything that has a beginning, has an EndComment

CG can be seen from pics. It is balanced on the front . If I tap the Hull if falls forward. Its around 9 inches from the back. Hopefully you can make out the pics of the silicon in both gaps under and over the top of the stinger.

RTR. Took out the battery pads along the sides, sanded down and coated in a permanent red ink. I have completely filled in the back of the hull where the stinger meets the hull so I do not get any capillary action( water coming up stuffing tube). You will also see the silicon tubing I have put around the stuffing tube onto the flex cable. Just acts as a small barrier in case any water does come up the tube. Also is helping to stop cable whip seeing as my stuffing tube is a bit on the short side.

Something I see is your tubing you have on your stuffing tube..I know your using that to keep water and grease out..but I would trim that back ..You only need very little touching the flex shaft..You will get drag and could rob MPH and cause your electrics to run hotter.. Look at mine..Thats all it takes..
