Are you going to use the MHZ Trimax or some other strut because it depents on the type strut/stinger etc.

that is all you need, changing angle will push the bow of the boat up or down
i was going to use the trimax in my boat but after taking a good look at it i opted for the stinger
1: it would allow me to have my shaft as low as possible
2: it also let's me run smaller props and that gives me less prop walk
as you can see in the vid of my boat it run's straight and fast with no bad habits I will take some more video this weekend running my new Hyperion 35c batt

Just take a look at the trimax setup and you should see what i mean
                    that's my two cent worth

                      hi folks

i test it last WE, i really enjoy this hull, much fun !!
but one problem : the brand new feigao 12Xl burnt after 4 run ......
it was with a X445 mod.

another point, very difficult to reach max speed : a lot of rolling
do you think that adding 2 turn fine will help ???

                      thanks

A 12XL and 6S are borderline on a X445...modified? and was the boat running wet? Were the 4 runs on the same day and what were the temperatures and what was the CG?

yes a modified x445, K48 was ok, but with the modified X445 it was .......awesome

                          when motor burnt, T° were:
                          motor :185° with smoke
                          ESC : 122°
                          LIPO : 95°

                          motor stop after 7 minutes.

                          thanks

It looks like you just had too many volts to the motor.

                              anyway, motor is dead
just to check, on this motor i change ball bearing with boca bearing sell by steven
to me, when i turn motor by hand it's much more harder than with original BB.....

hopefully a friend of mine had a motor to lent me, an outrunner a KD600L.
it fit very well in the hull !!!!

but i still have rolling problem ..

It sounds like you installed the bearings incorrectly. Show us a picture of the transom hardware
