Update: it's been a while, but I haven't been around. I got the resin done and most of the components in, I still have the servo, motor and hardware to mount. the motor mount needs a slight adjustment befor it can go in, hopefully me and my slave can get that done tomorrow.
Also pic of the hardware, speedmaster strut and HK rudder, I think I will drill out the pickups since they don't look huge and my last HK rudder didn't pick up much.
Also attached is a pic of the paint job, solid blue on the bottom.

well, I got it running today... unfortunately the hull isn't completely sealed so I had a little mishap. it seemed to be running really well (the minimal speed I got up to) before I had to stop it. I was running in a very small pond since this was the initial test and I just wanted to get it moving.

I got it out again today all painted and sealed. the 42mm prop would just cavitate, so I put on the 47mm and i'm going out tomorrow, I'm looking for a k45 too just in case the 47 is a little big.

                Any updates or video?

No videos, I've had it running only once, and been through two sinkings (spell check says that's wrong but I don't know how to put it), 3 ESC's gone on me so I put the stuff into a 2 foot hydro (the green one if Siberian remembers) This one will have alot more testing for waterproof-ness and hopefully it works fine even though it will be overpowered
