Still waiting for motors to show up. The delivery date was changed to Monday so I wont be getting them in this weekend.
I did get motor mounts rough cut out. I might get the stingers and rudder mounted tonight or tomorrow if I find the time.

Are you going to reinforce the hull bottom on the CF hull? Does it need it?

Here's an identical motor in a single setup...windy day so light throttle though:

A bizarre incident in the outskirts of an American suburb. It was later revealed the disaster was caused by the T-Virus. A mutagentic toxin created by Umbrella Incorporated for use in bio-weapon experiments. Don't worry the zombies are looking for brains, you're safe.

I actually goofed a bit when I ran it and the tx wasnt calibrated to the esc so I dont think it was getting full throttle (I only hit full throttle in that vid I think 2 times and only for a second anyway...it was too windy). The best part about that boat's setup is it pulls a MAX 117A and runs for 15 minutes the way it was ran in the video. I'm hoping to get some pretty stellar performance from this Daytona with two of those motors and more agressive props.

Those pics alone helped cuz i thought i was going to have to mount the stingers twisted alittle but i see yours are mounted straight up not turned,,,good now i no!!!wich motor mounts are you going to use, i got the big aluminum water cooled ones from the Fightercat store but when i set them in the hull i can easly get a cooling tube on one spout but the other is up under the edge and looks like theres no way to hook the tubing to it like im going to have to get a 90 gegree nipple to put on it,,

You wouldn't want the stingers anything other than straight up and down or they would toe out or in when you adjust them up and down.

I'm making my own motor mounts, similar to the ones I put in my EKOS build. It sounds like a 90 degree nipple will solve your problem.
                                Hmm...
What can be found on a topless beach on a hot day, and on HydroJerry's motor mounts?
