The inside really looks the same as it does in teh pics I posted earlier, with the exception of bolts/nuts from the stingers. I didnt make any plates, when I layed the Carbon fiber I double layered the sponson transoms for extra support, so no plates are needed.
I probably wont get a whole lot done on the boat in the next couple days. I have too many other things going on right now and wont have the time. I may get back at it thursday or Friday, if not over the weekend.Comment

I haven't updated this in a while...I've had a lot of other stuff keeping me busy but it's about time I get this one done. As far as I know, the fastest pass with this hull has been 87mph...just sayin'.
Motor mounts are in and the servo mount tray is fitted. I also made a fighter cat themed carbon fiber cover plate.

Super-duper special high speed ultra fast performance propellers. I haven't finished them yet, just a quick primary balance. They make the boat look fast just sitting there though.

This boat is finished. Motor mounts, motors, stuffing tubes/supports, ect are all in. I ran today and had an ESC pop in it. I'm in the mood where I'm ready to either throw stuff or sell everything. Anyone intesrested in a beautiful twin dayton with or without motors?Comment

I saw your post. That sucks.
In reality, I think I have two bad 120HV ICEs. It's a long story, you would have to read my last post in the "anyone from castle?" thread.
I know I can be quick on the draw with these things, but it just gets old. I put all that time and effort into a build and then cover it with burnt ESC smoke. It cleaned up fine (wasn't full nuclear like my 32" cat meltdown), but I don't have the money to buy new ESCs right now. There's almost $500 in ESCs here, and I didn't even get one day of enjoyment out of them. Every minute I spent with this boat was trying to get the ESCs to work properly...I probably never got it over 30mph. What a waste.
Luckily the boat was right next to me and I was able to un-tape and pull all the wires loose so it didn't burn or damage the hull.Comment

Kinda like buying a 5,000 mile Lexus(or chevy....etc) out of the paper.........then it has a problem, Lexus wont ask for a reciept when you go in for warranty repairs. They built it and its still under warranty.NEED PARALLEL CONNECTORS?? QUALITY 5.5MM, 8MM, 8 AND 10 AWG, GET THEM HERE:http://forums.offshoreelectrics.com/...est!&highlight=
