Howard comes on here sharing his set-up and what works for him in a honest way, straight and to the point and a few fella's start $hit with him for there own personal glorification.........way to go ! I seen the haters coming , they allways show up and try to help with a grain of salt and when someone does something crazy like howard and makes it work then someones feelings get hurt and start hating.........Some need to grow up and stop thinking they are everyones gift on hear........Everyone likes kudo's but lets be grown ups and not go on attacking people like they are the FE police or some kind of OSE politition..............Howard has come hear to share and made it clear that speed is all that he is intrested in at this point in the hobbie......When I help somebody it comes from my personal expieriences so I do understand . I think we all get each others point and we all should be intelligent enouph to respect each others diffrences......Good Luck Howard ! Maybe my boat will be faster !!

Please, please point me to the post where people were "hating" . People had questions. People gave advice. People gave opinions. Isn't that what this forum is all about? Sharing your experience and knowledge gained through it with others?
Who knows. Is it a language barrier? Lack of use in emoticons? As i re-read through this thread, I find myself asking who offended Howard, and when. I don't see it. Lots of accusation of it however.
I'm over it.
I'm not going to fall to my knees to praise Howard.
Fast boat. Good job.
Sorry if I may have ever accidentally given advice .Comment

People like you giving advise, funny. When i go in and read some advise you and your boys give, that really makes me laugh. You don't have clue what it takes to make a fast boat. BAD ADVICE!! There are real tip in this thread to help people get to a good top speed. All you tell people is what they cant do, i did it and made it work. Thats to many rpm to many amps the prop needs this, right like you know what works. Put your mph were your mouth is!! My boat ride the water at 100 like your at 50 and your giving me advice. I'm not looking for you to fall to your knees to praise me but show a little respect. You boys really take the fun out it.
I'm going to give some advise from experience, don't think this 32 will break into pieces if you flip at high speeds. I had 10 flips in the 80s and 3 of them where hard hits. 2 out of the 3 hard hits i knocked the motor mount off the hull. The boat is still in 1 piece and ready for testing. Repair any light cracks you might see from a flip and it will be ready for another run. This is 1 strong hull. I have 2 more hulls just waiting for sawI want to thank all the guys that support this thread and i will have a lot of tips to come it just wont be on this thread.

I had to take a step back and look at things from a different angle. I have experience in many different things that make me a well rounded person and that makes it easy for me to adapt to somethings. Its very offending to me for someone to compare them self to me. I went about things very wrong and for that I'm sorry. There are ways of getting your point across without taking shots. A big head and a tight fist just don't work. Sorry!!
I'm not looking to compete in anything, just having fun with learning setups. My brother is building a boat to beat my speed and i help him as much as i can so he can do that. I wish he went with a single motor setup but he likes the twin. I'm going to build a 32 that will be ready for completion but its not going to be for me. I would like to see the owner take it to saw but that up to him.
I'm going to talk with benjamin with fightercatracing to see if i can work with him on setups. Not just for speed but to make a hull ride the water as efficiently as it can, more speed and less heat. I have both of his hulls and i will talk about them to help you decide if you are interested in one.
I got a new prop in today so ill be doing some testing to get that vid. It looks really good, i think this might be the 1. I don't know if my gps will read 120, lol. Again sorry for bring all this heat to this thread.Comment

Go for it Howard...My only question is that in your runs you have an upwards (positive) prop angle as you described 2-3 mm?Twin Cat 135, Sprintcat40 (single-twin), DF 35", Maritimo, Mean Machine, SV 27

I like 2.5mm for my 32 and my genesis i like 3.0mm. This will change a little depending on prop and cog.Comment

Wat up guys . Whats going on Howard? Lets not turn your thread the wrong way. I can say this your boat is fast ass hell not to many around here with that but now that youve shown your build the envelope is up and before you know it people will be knocking on your door . This will be a rare moment for me. Howard seriously go check out Rumdogs aeromarine Its pretty damn fast ! In that oval trim It's mean and has good runtime too so lets not slam him to hard.Yall got off on the wrong foot per say. Truce it up fellas. I let my silly twinkie campaign go I really dont get a thrill slamming anyone. Ryan youre a machinist you need to stop trippin and start manufacturing some rudders and hardware so I can buy some. Yall stop trippin man.If I can say let it go after what happened to me I know yall can squash it?Wats next Howard. With your setup skills how about a rigger?Comment

I enjoy myself most on ose looking at what others have. I just like to see all you guys build and run. The best way to fight about who has the knowledge is to race right? BUT IN FUN! not all serious about that Sh.. And I dont mean u two . I mean in general take your differences out on the water. We all have different strenghts and weaknesses. Its cool to josh each other and talk a little trash in fun but both parties have to know that.Personally I think constructive technical debate is good for all of us I just dont think anyone should talk down to anyone. I know ive gotten out of line a time or two but hey doesnt mean I was always right. Sometimes you gotta check yaself too. Im cool with everybody thats cool with me.Truth is I dont personally know anyone on ose to really not like them. Maybe were all stressed about all the things going on in the real world righ now and these boats are a relief from it all. I need to see more roostertails and props turning ,motors sawing. Whats UP

Oh and Howard Ive been here just watchin tryin to learn . Alot of people on ose are smart as hell sometimes I just listen and learn. Howard you need to get your hands on a mystic or hpr like Mike this thing is killer but to step into that next tier I think you will need some more hull at some point. Id like to see you tuning skills applied to one of those 40 inch hulls or a hotr 41 thats the one Iv been waiting to see someone really make skate. Please prove me wrong about hull size thats what i wantWho knows maybe Ill send you a hotr 41 and two 5692's PLus Ive been waiting for my goodies before I make any noise . Cant talk when you aint got your equipment in yet lol.
