It shouldnt actually do that, but there will be some serious torque.............it should work ok if you dont run a huge prop.........try an x442..............NEED PARALLEL CONNECTORS?? QUALITY 5.5MM, 8MM, 8 AND 10 AWG, GET THEM HERE:http://forums.offshoreelectrics.com/...est!&highlight=

Great job on the in-hull inlet installation. I'm considering the same. I suspected there was a double wall on the hull; I did not realize the inside tapered away from the outside. Questions, please....how did you handle the back-fill on the gap between the hulls? Did the thickness of outside hull match the offset of the inlet, in other words did it mount flush on the outside? did you use a sealant, other than what appears to be JB weld?
And, does it leak? I appreciate the input. Thanks.Comment

Yes the inlet are a match with the hall I use CA glue to hold in place and JB weld with no leaksComment
