    Very good to hear. I love it when EVERYTHING goes right on a maiden. Makes you feel good and reassures you of what you are doing.

    FYI- I love the sub hatch. I don't know how much lexan you have, but it can be formed when heated...may be something you want to experiment with.

      i think it is the first time ive put a boat in the water, ran it, and dont need to make any adjustments. it really is a good feeling. thanks for the compliment on the sub-hatch, it did turn out nice and works perfect. i have some leftover to give it a try

        That was my second run, the first was the same setup but it was only 125 amps. The temps were cool, 68 to 70f , then again the ice just melted. I will prop up to an x445 next.

            Sounds like a plan. m series give less amp draw then the x series props if I remember correctly.

                  No not yet, I don't think I have any either. I think ill just stick with 2 blade for now, but that is something I would like to try.

                    hmm, yeah im limited to prop choices right now too, but i'll grab a few new ones soon i gotta say, im just SOOOO happy with my MM it just handles so friggin well.... im "glowing" with pleasure every time i toss it in an hit the throttle. i'm happy i listened to everyone on here and went with the leopard/seaking... thanks guys, and to everyone who helped me answer my questions with the right answers, clearly i was lead in the right direction

                      i got some temp reading today on it. motor and esc both at 80, batteries 103, esc caps 90 after about 3 minutes. alot cooler running than my ul-1

                              Hi,I'm new at this but have the same set up as yours Dana's MM.I run #x440/3 blade seem to be really fast on 5s, no gps.temp at esc 89,caps 87,motor 80,bat 105 after 3min run.I have an old jesse james by aeromarine in the 80s,just like to know if you guys can give the hatch cover measurement .I'll like to get the new cover that is easier to tape up and secure.mine is 10-1/4 "wide x 15"long.....Thanks if you can help out.

                                well, i ran the m445 today, rocket! things were a little warm tho. motor at 109, esc -104, caps were 119, bullets almost 150 and i didnt measure batteries....
