Are you guys talking about the 1/5 scale mamba esc? I believe they start shipping tomorrow, according to Patrick's post on RC-monster.

Interesting changes in the arneson drive, must be much easier to mount than my older version 115's hardware which uses 4 screws on each side and must be very precisely fixed to get it aligned. Many details in the hull are changed too. Well done Hanspeter.

My favorite change is the 4-bolt motor mount, mine fastens the motor with just 2 small M3 screws, haven't experienced a prolem yet though. But I am pretty curious what the bigger holes do? I mean the 4-ear-mickey-mouse shaped center pattern on the carbon motor mount. To bring extra ventilation for Neu motors ?

The mounts are nice, and specifically for the neu motors. I really like the 4 mounting holes too, and your right about ventilation.

Another consideration would be the etti race 150 esc. I use those in my hpr 115 setup with the nue 1521 1.5d's turning 447's on 5s. Had no problems.

Nice setup santavy. I plan on running the same props and motors. What sort of speeds are you seeing?

Thanks. I know Hanspeter knows what he is doing, but the old drives seemed to be working fine so I don't know why he changed them.

                              hello,

Are there any news of this great C5009 ?

I am a french rc modeler and I am assembling my HPR C5009 :

Here is my link of a video of my HPR C5009 : http://www.dailymotion.com/video/xhu...-03-2011_sport

I am going to assembly the hardware but I have one question :

With which tool I may block the nut in the US step of the arnesson powertrim: what reference of the tool please ? If you have got some links to buy the right tool ?

Thanks for your answer : it is urgent !

                              many greeting

                              eric
