That was making me laugh. I've done it in the past, I finally learned how to use a movie editor, so I can take those shots out.

Your Scarab stickers went out on Saturday, should have them soon.

This build has got me motivated again on my scarab project. Added some glass to the vacuum formed hatch cover last night. Now I need to trim out the hull and fit it in place.

Movie editor...yeah right, it took me half the day to post those videos. This was the first time I ever posted a video. But now I know how to do it.

Thanks for the Scarab decals, can't wait. Ray sent me some Evinrude stickers. I'm building the arch now. I'm trying to make it out of clear acrylic rod then painting it silver. If that doesn't work I'll have to see if I can have it made from aluminum.

Well at least there was no crack showing.

Make sure you didn't tighten the gears too much, I did the same thing when I had mine for the same fear of gear shredding, just back out the stub shaft about a quarter turn or so. Should not be do bouncy when up to some better speed, but if you like this speed, which is quite scale btw, trim the motors down just a tad.

Ray....holy crap those Evinrude stickers are nice!!! You did them perfect! Thanks for making multiple copies in different sizes. Awsome.

Now you're in trouble because I'll be asking for more. How about "LOWRANCE" for my radar?

And a few chart plotter displays?

How about the "250" from this link?

            Real Scarab......docked in the Bahamas

            Haulin butt.......

The scale model.....lights in the same color and configuration as the real boat.

I'll put it in the pool tonight and see how it looks.

Yup, and they are very popular. I think its the biggest "gotta have it" item for boaters these days. As long as they are not flashing above the waterline they they are legal.

                Ray?

                Maybe 20mm x 20mm (3/4" x 3/4") on the display's and 30mm (or close) on the "LOWRANCE"?

Building the radar arch. Made from clear acrylic rod then sanded and shot with a few coats of Duplicolor bumper chrome...

Came out better than I would have ever imagined.

                        Wow

OK, when you mentioned what you were going to build it out of, I was rather skeptical. But that turned out very nice. Awesome!

                              Hey,

                              How about a scale trailer?

You are doing a great job so far.

I may attempt a trailer. But I can't weld. So if I can find acrylic I beam I'll do it. Incase you guys haven't figured it out I am pretty good working with acrylic.
