    BBY's HRP 06 build

    Well getting started on a Build for a friend hear in Cali. Hull is 44 inches long
    Twin 1527 .5Y CC240 LV 4S2P starting with 447 L & R we got the motors from Steve thanks Steve!


    To get the CG Back to 30% the motors and batteries will need to be hear.

          I got a little done on the motor mounts yesterday. Woke up with some ideas, I will show more as the thread goes on.

              Todays work was split between three jobs but I did get a little done on the motor mounts.

                I got a little more done today.
                Finished the motor mounts and cut the CF for the mounts

                  Looking real good..Liking the progress.. Boat builds are awesome to watch come together. When I'm finished with my 32" I'll step it up the this size. Good Build.. Keep the updates coming.

                    Looks great dude but the aluminum looks kinda flat you should polish it up and get it real shinny that would increase the look, but still very nice work...

                      loveing the progress randy , heading out to lake don pedro this morning on a 32 foot cat and a 43'' cat i'll post some pictures later on facebook.have a good weekend ,love the thread.

                        I did not get anything done today. I have been in the Glass room. But I did order some water pickups from Steve today to that need to be installed before the motor and shafts go in.

                            It is kind do as you go, I did not design this hull. Most of what we need I will build.

                            I installed the strut doublers and screws yesterday. today I am working on the rudder. I am going to build the bolts my self I drilled the transom yesterday and screwed 3MX.5MM X40MM screws in the holes and they need to be longer so that they are straight. I am going to build a plate that goes across the transom. I will slide four 2.25 inch long studs threaded on each end with a nut soldered on one end to hold on the rudder bracket.
