I will give mine a try again in a few minutes.
New firmware? For the 40.300?
Interesting picture of your 40.303.
Do you have a higher resolution picture of it?
Does it have the new pp60-300 connectors on the motor side?
I got mine back from Schulze with wires soldered directly to the female outputs.
Here are pictures before and after the uprade at Schulze.

Yeah they did upgrade the motor connector to the big 300A units. That is kind of a bummer that they soldered wires in place of the connectors. It may be worth sending back when you have some downtime to have them upgrade it with connectors.

Did you notice anything in the hyperterminal (the text column on the right hand side of the screen in future-soft)?
Did you try changing the connection port in the software? The auto port does not work well unless you by accident get the correct port the first time. Look under the "connection" then "properties" tab and change the "connect using" drop down menu to another option.

Anbjorn, Gerardo
I found the problem for connecting to a computer with 40.300 or 40.303. I will write up a little how to.

OK guys, see the attached PDF for connecting a Schulze 40.300wk or 40.303wk controller to a PC. I checked that it works on both XP and Windows 7 (even 64bit is OK)
Let me know if the steps work for you.

Tyler, that worked
I managed to connect to the esc with the future-soft and download a pack of files (.lad file)
I then opened the pack in akkusoft and got alot of graphs.
However I have no idea what I am actually reading or if it is correct or not.
Tyler, maybe I can send the lad file for you for "translation"?

SUPER!
Yeah sure, do you know how to read the Schulze data? See the attached PDF I did for Gerardo. I would like to see your data regardless though to get an idea for my next project.
Send the .lad file in a compressed zip file please so it will go through gmail with being flagged as malicious.

Got it. Your data looked very good. Temperature was only 54C max and RPM was pretty good. Current measurement still does not work, but that was the change between the 300 and the 303. I sent you a screen shot of the full data set.

Anbjorn,
I see about 30060 as the max RPM on the last run you did. To view the cursor info select the "info" pull down menu and select "cursor info".
Now you should be able to see the cursor data.
