Heres a couple pics.I ran out of thermal adhesive.Need to get more. And still have to get a cooling plate made for the bottom. But,this gives you an idea.On top,it has dual inlets and outlets.I did this because Im afraid the water wont move fast enough going through to much tubing. The bottom will have a single inlet/outlet.

That's a cool paint scheme! The water lines on the heat sink should do well, although I'm probably going to use aluminum.

Finally ground out the motor mount and did a quick mock up...

Using the stock motor mount in R2D1 so made sure to cut it out nicely.

Its looking good.Keep working on it!I tried to use aluminum, but it wouldnt bend in my bender-just break. But, the brass will suffice.

Yeah, I've been wondering how I'm going to bend it. I might just end up cutting a 45 into it and epoxying it together to get the bend.

If it dont turn out the way you want, use brass. My bender for 5/32 from Kintec works great and doesnt kink.

How do you double an esc? Not sure I get it. I only see one set of capacitors. Hate to be so dense but how did you do dis?

Sailr, it's just 2 heatsinks on one esc.

I can see that now! Haha. I thought you had stumbled onto something unique. If we could 'gang' esc's together it would be cool. Pick your amps and volts.

I think I have a couple of blown SK 180's. Those sinks work great!

Yeah, it's just two water cooled heat sinks on top of the existing heat sink. Shows the size of this controller!

Reminds me, I need to order the thermal epoxy. The local RS was cross eyed at my request.

Round and round and round we go! What's the final configuration? Nobody knows!

But, I do have a plan in action.

I've settled on the new Castle 1717 and the Swordfish 200. The 1717 has a 5mm shaft that fits the stock coupler.

Basically this will be a Mount/Motor & ESC upgrade. The rest will be stock.
Which in this case is pretty good!

Currently working with Pete Z on a motor mount and waiting for OSE to release the 1717 cooling cans.

Currently awaiting feedback on the new Swordfish on 6s.

OK, so I did actually get the 1717 and Pete Z made a wicked mount. He was also gracious enough to share the G-codes and now I'm working to produce a bunch of them. The initial mount turned out great, anodized red.

Thanks Pete! It's actually coming along nicely.

We finally have it in 3d now and it's being sent it to CNC, then to production in the next few weeks. Wish it was a faster process, but takes a couple months start to finish.

The cool thing is, they'll be retailed at around $75 each. We're planning a 5692 variation once this one is done.
