The camera is charging now. Would have had some footage today, but it wasn't charged. Still hoping it works after the submarine incident.

Argh. Think I need a new camera. It was working fine, but now, no files on the disk. Oh well. Will try again next time.

            GPS worked though!

I hit a turtle after about 3 minutes and had to bring it in because the rudder was not quite functional.

Temps were low. 100 degree cells & motors and 120 on the ESC. MPH was low to, 30.5 mph.

Time for some bigger props! I stuck on a set of K40's. We'll see what she'll do with them! I have some K45's and 47's to try after that.

I ordered a pair of water cooled ESC heat sinks. I'm thinking I'll try the 36mm props on 4s when the heat sinks come in.

I know I'm pushing my luck running air cooled ESC's. =)

Yep. The camera is toast. It works for a few minutes, but is completely wacked out by the time I get to the water. Plug it in, repeat. So It works, but only for a few minutes after being plugged in to the computer. Guess it's time for a new one. Next HK order I guess.

OK, the latest data is about the same. Several very good runs about 6-7 minutes on two separate 3s 20c 3000mah Zippy Flightmax packs. They do get warm, so time to go larger C rating.

About 36 MPH on a pair of K40's. Looks like she'll be good on 42's.

Temps are about 130 across the board, which is a bit high for the lipos, but good for an air cooled ESC and motor.

The water cooled plates should be here today, so perhaps it's time for 4s?

Love the echo from the twins. Now throw in those 4S packs.

Turned it into a single today!

Ker-smackered me a turtle and broke the hull and lost a drive cable, prop, dog & bullet nut!

OK, I'm halting the freshwater pond usage until I can get the signal mixer working and go rudderless!

It's not so bad. The epoxy is setting now.

I yanked the little ESC's and threw in a pair of Aquastar 120's... Waiting on the Tail Mixer to see if I can go rudderless!

You are lucky sir, I snoozed and I lose.

Those 2200Kv motors are now off the books! I tried to B/O them, no go. The week after, they are off the listing, no pic, no nothing.... Damn!!!!

                              I bought 4 of them!!

I think they were too close to the copied motor and they got yanked.

Shame, I wanted more! The other two are going in the EKOS if these work out well in Das Boot.

I have two new 4s Nano-Tech packs ready, perhaps it'll hit water in the morning.

No way, Scorpion doesn't make a 2200KV motor in this size. Who nows, at least you have some.

I have a nice pair of ARC 3655's 2800Kv's on 4S, should be a hoot... Nice solid USA made 4 pole motors. Not cheap but, not expensive like NEU either.
