            Wonderful build. I am doing a 36" team believer with twin 1520s and was wondering whether to put them in the sponsons or as you mounted the 1717s here. Which ocation do you recommend? 5 or 6 s 1p for each motor.

              I was just looking at that hull two nights ago to possibly put two of my CC1520 motors in

                  HaHaHa , I just ordered one today !.......I am going to run 1515 1Y's in the sponsons. There are trade off 's running them in the middle and running in the sponsons. From my expieriances running in the middle gives better turning and more voltage spikes due to the greater surface imperfections of the water. Runing in the sponsons gives the boat a more stable feel and draws less amps and voltage spikes but less high speed turning abilities , also less bend on the stuffing tubes....I am not 100% sure wich way i am going with mine yet. More than likely in the sponsons....Let me know if you would like me to make you a cf motor plate for a sponson mount.. It wouldn't much extra work for me when I get around to making mine. What kv are the 1520's....My speed goal is to go around 60+ mph, so 4s for me .

                      1518 = 1800kv

                      1520 = 1600kv

                        5s will probably put you in the high 50's depending on your prop, 447x 2 blade. In the high 60's on 6s. T180's probably won't even sweat.
