Here's the deal. The boat is fast! Ive adjusted the strut over 20 times. Angle and depth. I set it up on a granite surface plate with gage blocks and document each change along with how it runs. With an M445 at .900" and -1 degree it is at it's best. I have ran with and without the turn fin. It WILL NOT run smooth with the fin on. Crossing it's wake at speed is a handful. The hull does not like the hard acceleration from the 8xl and m445. If I slowly feed in the throttle I can get to top speed though. Ride pads are flat as can be with sanding. I'll be moving away from this hull now. Kinda just wanted a second shot at it.

I think around $120.00 shipped. I'm gonna do a little bit of touch up on the paint first though.

Hmmmm... So, I was planning on ditching this hull. Not so sore i want to now. I had a setup that I was itching to try. 3s trunigy 30c 5000 and 2s turnigy 30c 5000 for 5s. Added the cap bank to my ETTI 150. I ran the stock plastic 3 blader that comes on the UL-1 to keep amp draw down. No turn fin. The water was smooth as glass. My gps is a garmin nuvi so I bag it up to keep water away from it. Strut was up high from my m445 setup, .900" and neg 1 degree. cruised it down the beach about as far as I dare to setup for my saw pass. I eased on the throttle and it launch on plane. Got up to around 40 or so and i punched it. It chine walked and flipped out, landed right side up so I brought her in. Moved the strut down a lot to my scribed line at 1.125 and neg 1 degree. Ran her down again and punched it right out of the hole. It rocketed on plane and was GLUED!!! No chine walk to speak of! The speed was absolutely incredible!! By eye I would say over 60 mph easily, it was screaming. Made 5 passes and bought it in. Took off the hatch tape only to find my gps was toasted?! No joke here. I've used it in my boats for a year now and never any trouble. Screen was backlit, but no function. Cant power off, charger does no good. Puzzled. Maybe excessive G force in the wipeout knocked something loose? On the other hand, my boat was an absoloute blast to drive!!
