Just a bit worried about you. Mind you, you probably have written posts all over the forum but I have not had a lot of time to be here myself. The daughter has been home from Uni and going out to meals with 2 of my sons has kept me busy. The wind has been keeping me off the water. I think those fumes have got to him as I think I got the last of his batteries in a parcel not long ago. They were the batteries that the Doc sells so I will be looking forward to trying them. I think he finds that he always had his hand in his pocket with FE and the gassers run on the smell of an oily rag. He is well.Several boats in various stages of destructionComment

had one lipo cell puff on me today after the pack spent two days in the bottom of a pond, strange because it's almost a week later.Comment

Had to smile at a thread about Hobby Kings so called slow shipping. Not going to start a bun fight there but I think us Aussies can remember not long ago it took 3 of us a month to get parcels from the USA. We all know that our parcels were quickly dispatched by OSE but it was after that, that the crap hit the fan. Hobby King have always dispatched quickly for me too and I have had many orders from them but sometimes the postal service from HK to Aus can be slow too. Truth is we don't live in a perfect world where things go right all the time. The one big thing OSE has in its favor is that all the products that Steve sells are of good quality. As far as Chinese goods go you get what you pay for. Mind you I have a $25 2.4 GHz Chinese radio that feels and operates just as good as my rather more expensive Spektrum radio and has most of the same features. Where was the Spektrum radio made... oh it says MADE IN CHINA. My two Castle motors in my Black Douglas pussy as also made in China. My point... Not all things made in China are crap and it is not always the fault of Hobby King that the parcels are slow.
I do agree with the comments made on that thread about not being able to communicate with Hobby King. That is another area where Steve is brilliant. On the few occasions I have had to communicate with Steve his response has been quick and positive.
My advice... If you want first class everything then shop with OSE but remember what happens to the parcel after it leaves Steve's hands is not his responsibility.

Dont worry too much if it does not sell Doc. I am sure I can come up with an 80 mph hull for the brick even if it is in my dreams. Mind you I have had thoughts of a biplane for a long time too. Flying is another of my passions as you know.Several boats in various stages of destructionComment

Ive now the pair as I did with the Maritimo.
Will post sometime this week.
I looked intently at a 25% Bipe .. can buy artf Fg from China for around 600.. add Rc , motor, CzESC.... and 12S2p @$700 10 min flight ...
costing was cruel, by anyone's standards ...
That ESC could make one hell of a TENS machine, Paddles.....
