If you like plucking, there's a chickenfarm half way between my place and Coopers Brewery... barely a 15 minute walk...no snakes nor crocodiles within Cooee.. and you've a choice of spare bed or shed at my place, caged or whips&chains at the farm, Pale or Sparkling at the brewery.

Qld floods indeed major bummer... mother nature's a real drag sometimes.
