As we never hear of Douggie ever using any of his boats it should last a very long time (hint, hint Douggie...some video of your boats on water would be good).

      I Came, I Saw, I LoLLed!

what cracks me up is the guys with no quantifiable achievements or race results dishing out advice like a seasoned Boater... the "keyboard racers"

Thanks for the link Crabs. Some nice speed records in there and some interesting reading.
Actually it is cheaper to fly to NZ than some parts of Oz so don't wish too much or it might come true. Nothing worse than a bunch or drunken Aussies.

First off I do not own a video phone or camera..thank God..I worked in the salt mines (international sales manager) and was a slave to mobile phones, email etc....retired, no blackberry and loving it and I am a bit of loner with boats, I satisfy myself with my own results...no frogs were abused in this statement

                          haha that was wide open

Your own results are all you need I reckon Douggie. I have re worded my above post to better reflect what I meant.

Anyone suggest some plug and play Fluros I can put in me shed to light it up a bit?
Need to get busy on the lathe making a few of these antenna holders, sorry for the Fuzzy pic, they are from someone who is selling them for me. , best time is at night, but the lighting is terrible in there, I resort to using one of those led camping headlights, but its far from ideal. Specially since i accidentally melted the lense with a butane torch whils using it as a light to solder late at night :P

Correct and loving it....maybe down the road, when my hand is struck with arthritis and the frogs, sheep and rats are in short supply and Andy wins a boat race and Paddy learns how to drive and Chuck mangles a prop and you have a BOAT

Typical Scotsman !!! Too miserable to spend a $100 on a nice little camera so your friends can see you playing with yourself. At least when we are too old to go to the pond we will be able to see what we did when we were young (or younger in my case). For all we know the only reason you go to the pond is to get another frog after choking the last one to death
