Yes, I know I learned a thing or two thanks to Jim raising the matter. I must get an old army ammo box to store mine in and give the little woman a few safety lessons in case a fire starts when I am not here.

Just to piss everyone off I went flying this morning. First time I have had a model out for a while. Repairing my DF 29 atm. I have some repairs on a glider to do and finish building a new 2.5 meter wing span glider. People tell me I am going to be bored when I retire. I smile and think to myself "how wrong they are".

Im one those god awful over careful ppl who wrote the safety regs into Au model boat rules for FE.
Rule book, check safety at bottom on Www.ampba.asn.au under docs

ps 31' in On is starting to look nice. Already polished the 100ml shot glass for the trip.

this is my favorite FE glider.... As usual i was pissed in assembly and acciedently threw in a huge out runner, modded 120amp seaking and 4s... stock 2100kv 3s 5x5 prop.... Mine 4200kv 4s 7x5 prop.... Zero cog cause of weight but f'n fun.... Tried to kill the wife but broke elevator servo and karma struck.....

Nice landing. You sure put it firmly on the ground. Minimum runway required for such landings with no danger of the plane running on and hitting other objects. It takes a real master to perform a landing in such a short space. Well done.

O Dam it the Max amps thread about there new "dual core" batteries has been removed.
they come on a forum touting 2P packs as some new innovative dual core technology and because we are not some pimple faced newb and tell them there wankers they get the whole thread disappeared.
