I emailed Aus Post and they replied saying the shipment was delivered on August 8th. Their tracking for the item doesn't even work! I am still having trouble getting Paypal to put the $508 back in my account. You would think if the guy that got the shipment was actually honest saying his credit card was used without his authorization would have refused the shipment. But NO, he kept it. Obviously a crook. OK guys, go knock on his door! I'm tired of his dishonesty. I want him to clear the hold with paypal. Any point in me contacting the local police in his town?

I sent him an email and smoked him out. Of course he was indignant and threated to sue me. Haha. He said it was a MISTAKE by pay pay. Pay pay? What the heck is that? Paypal still has not restored our funds. I'll keep you all posted.

All of a sudden he has become very cooperative and civil. ;-) Now he says his bank is at fault! He said he's trying to square it away with Paypal but Paypal says they haven't received anything from him yet.

It must be a humbling experience for him to realize the cops could be knocking on his door if he doesn't cooperate. I doubt he'll try to rip anyone else off anytime soon.

Paypal refunds do take upwards 3-7 days to arrive the creditcard... though Im sure it's there by now noting cancel date.
He is perhaps fooling with you.
A visit from the police are his least worry.. wait till he meets me !

Still no resolution by Paypal. I'm waiting PATIENTLY (not!) Haha. Perhaps he is fooling with me. He still thinks I'm rude for calling him out. The guy is clueless!
