                        Hi,

I nedd a power supply to power this balancer/charger:

                        I believe I need a +300w and no more than 16v

Will the small black PSU unit pictured above work with my charger? If so, how much will it be?

                        Thx

                            Hi
The small black PSU is 24 Volt unit.
From what I can see your charger needs 12-15 volt input power.
In your case I would suggest:
                            HP DPS-600PB
                            HP DPs-700CB
                            Dell DPS-7000814
3 of them Perfect for your charger.
All are way over 500 Watts and over 47 Amps at over 12.5 volt.
                            Please let me know....
