A few pictures of the internal components of the 1515 motor that I bought from EBay, would be interesting to see if it's the same as certified motor from Castle

I've taken apart many of them and I can't tell you that one looks legit. I'll take one apart later today (remind me by posting here) when I get home.

Take a pic of the rear cap where the logo is.

Well it looks legit. Look at the print on the rear cap. Identical. Everything else looks the same. I have to use a 1512 because I didn't have a 1515 out of something right now. Same thing tho just a little shorter.

Thanks looks like I have an original or if not a very good copy of the the motor :). Now I just need to design and build a rigger for it...

I got the motors yesterday that was 6 days

These are legit
and I have seen some say they are not, but that is Castle trying to make $$$ IMO
the price of the 1515 motors drop a while back and then crept back up on the web except for the ones sent from China like these

I liked the thread on URC... lol.... they taunted the Castle rep to post up about it, Castle originally said "we have no distribution centers in china" lol... then folks went to Castles website and it listed 5 or 6 distributors in china lol... then Castle said they had removed the link to the distribution vendors on their website for some reason or other. Many said they wished Castle could point out the differences in these motors and theirs, to which Castle has never responded. I say get them while you can lol, chances are at some point we won't see them anymore :)
