Yep that's what I'm looking it is saved on my eBay but it will take 30 days to get here. Has anyone tried these seems to be much cheaper then most others is it a knock off of lower quality? Or same thing only coming from the source at a discount but with a wait??

The only things I can tell you is:

If you buy one from castle it says made in China
And he's sold a bunch of them and has almost 100% feedback.

I have Castle and Neu 1515's and I see no difference in performance. For that price take the gamble, with what you save buy better ESC's which is where you need quality.

I've heard some of each... in fact castle is saying they are knock offs... but maybe knock offs coming from same factory? then its more grey market correct... I think they look awful perfectly close not to be... I would love to have a real one, and one of these and open them up, because if they're real lol, I want to buy a bunch of them for my boats, and a couple cars lol.

Castle has their own factory in China managed by Castle. If it is a "knock off" it is not the same as a Castle.

OTOH Castle has supplied motors for the E-Maxx painted black. I own one and it is identical in performance to the green Castle. Note that these motors have 1/8" shafts which require different couplers.

Mine turned up today, only took 7 days to arrive, I'm not sure if it is a nock off or original but seems to be well made. I'll give it a blast and see how she goes.

If you would, take the rotor out and snap some high quality pics and post them. Of the windings too. Just take the front plate off. Much easier. Don't drop or mix up the shims. I have a real castle I can take pics of to compare.

It will be interesting to see if there any differences between the motors, I'll get a few pictures for you tomorrow....
