Sorry about the slow response, my business keeps me pretty busy on the weekends, and I was running boats this afternoon.

Hull #3 is still available.

The good:
1. I just dropped the price on this hull
2. Its in good shape aside from what is listed below

The bad:
1. The hull is just starting to seperate at the seam on the front left sponson but no cracks there, the glue itself is starting to pull apart.
2. The canopy has a few cracks, but the canopy is a decorative piece glued onto the actual hatch and could no way ever leak into the hull.
3. The small chip.. just like it looks, its a small chip out of the top portion of the hull on the right sponson that stops right at the seam.

Did my best on the below pictures to emphasize the damage so you could see exactly what I mean. I also threw the empty hulls on my shipping scale to check weight, and they are going to be about $4 less than I originally thought to ship so I have reduced the price for the bare hulls by $5, which means hulll #3 would be $15 shipped to lower 48.

I also think I have another mini-C hull that wouldn't need the repairs. If you(or anyone else) is interested in it, I could take some pics at the shop Sunday.

I was just selling that as a hull no hardware for someone that wanted to add their own and it has a few flaws.. hence the low price. I won't even put $10 in my pocket for this hull after paypal fees & shipping. I just thought someone may want to try a custom build with it.

It does have the stock 380 motor mount and stuffing tube installed.

I'm in the process of sorting though my Mini collection and determining what parts I need to hold onto for for my current projects. If you are interested in this hull with hardware, I can check my shop tomorrow and see what I have in extra hardware and other bits I can part with.
Are you just looking for the rear strudder?

just wondering if you are looking for anything other than the strudder and hull? ie: driveshaft, servo rod etc..

Love running these boats with the kids (none of my own yet.. but a lot of them around with friends and family), last weekend on the lake, they were lined up 6 deep for their turn to try.

Happy to help you grow their collection if I can.

Things I believe I have for the boat:
Hardware, and I can also probably come up with a stock motor, servo rod, driveshaft, propshaft and prop if you plan on sticking to a mostly stock setup.. (wouldn't want much extra for whatever I do have here)

Things I probably don't have:
ESC/RX, TX, universal joints, and servos.. I know Steve sells the Universals here for around $3/set, the rest is pretty basic


Let me know what parts you are interested in, and I will check while I'm at my shop tomorrow.

I might be interested in a mint mini-c for a brushless project. I did a bl mini-v project but it's just to powerfull for the v-hull and the torque roll alone makes it allmost impossible to run. I was thinking a cat might be better suited. I really wanted to get a good fiberglass hull like the mini mogli or something self righting cuz I'm sick of fishing my boats out of the water. But if the price was right I might take the one that doesn't need work. Since I allready have a strudder and cable drive from the v all I need is a bare hull. Just lmk when u get a chance to look. I'm in no hurry.

I'll see what I can do & I know what you mean about self righting.. would love one myself.

I started fine tuning my BL outrunner mini-C today and got to go fishing for it twice. Its definitely far from finished.. on 2S surprisingly stable and a pretty fast little boat. Still trying to keep it on the water with 3S though..

I'll PM you tomorrow and post pics here if I do have a clean Mini-C hull for you..

WELL ILL REALLY HAVE TO LOOK AT TI ...IM THINKING OF AN OUTRUNNER FROM SOME SPARE BRUSHLESS PLANE MOTORS I HAVE. IT SHOULD COOK ON 2 OR 3S BUT ID RUN A .13 FLEX.. SO IMLOOKING FOR SOME HARDWARE( COMPLETE).. SORRY I ALMOST DID IT AGAIN..

I tested both yours and Eggnegs boat.. dry out of the water before I shipped today and noticed something I didn't notice when it was in the water.. which is the motor.. hums/gallops just a bit only at wide open throttle.. it still seemed to perform fine when it was in the water.. I switched the electronics to make sure that wasn't it, but still got the same noise.. I will gladly throw in an extra motor and found an extra battery pack I will also toss in, I just wanted to make sure that was ok with you before I shipped..
with your ok, I will ship it on Tuesday.. or of course would refund your money or swap the motors before I shipped if you would like.
