I just realized I didn't answer your saddle packs question. I have seen guys run a single battery on one side, others who have added a ballast to the other side, I would go with two packs in parallel. When you upgrade to brushless, you might like to have a little more weight.

We run a single lipo pack on the left side in most of our Mini Cat boats. It helps counteract the torque of the prop anyway. Works fine.

My bad, I gave you a bad email. I did not receive money. please go into your paypal account and cancel payment to the one I gave you and resend it to the hotmail address. This won't cost you any penalties, I have done it before and it is easy and quick.
