Free to a good home - ESC cooling plate

Fried my Etti 150 today. I pulled the cooling plate of it thinking someone may want it. Excellant shape. Slight burnt smell.......

Plate is 1/16 thick aluminum, 1-1/2 inches wide and 2-5/16 long.

    First contact gets it.

Pray share your recipe for disaster. I have one too and feel like I am riding it on the edge. What were conditions, if you don't mind reliving it one more time.

I think your talking about the stuffing tub support. I made it with some leftover marine plywood I had laying around. I drew two parallel lines the width of a nickel on the ply. Rounded off the top and drilled an appropriate sized hole for the stuffing tube at 15 degrees. I also made the reciever battery tray out of marine plywood. If you cut a cross section, it would look like a T except with two vertical lines. One vertical support on either side of the stuffing tube. I spooge the gap between the verticle supports with construction adhesive before I epoxy it on and this adds additional support to the stuffing tube. I don't know if it's needed but it's something I do.
