            Here are some pics.

            1) the cavitation plate has been cut back.
            2) a BJ 26 water pickup has been installed.
            3) I had a custom shaft made that screws on to the exisitng shaft to
            accept 3/16th props.
            4) there are 40 bucks worth of new bearings installed
            5) the brass gears are stripped (2nd set stripped)
            6) the cover is not included as I want to try and adapt it to a Fullers lower leg (when it gets here)

Wow. Eodman, your generosity overwhelms me.
I think I have what I need now Doby. Thank you too for the kind offer. The TS2 decals will never make up for your generosity.
Bill, The outboard is up for the taking.

Nah ... don't worry about the shipping! Although I have to tell you I don't have the mounts that attach to the transom!

This week is hectic ... #1 son's prom and then a group of his friends are coming back to the house for breakfast, son #2's Varsity awards dinner and a garage sale running on Saturday!

                      So probably ship Tuesday! George

doby . i sell the smaller colector motors. for 35 dollars shipped. they are bran new in box. . it is electric but its not performance style. keep the box and the motor in excelent shape on a shelf and when you get as old as i am . it will be worth lots of money. ill trade you one for that motor. bill payne
