One Rudder has some damage, see pic.

Just curious, all that is needed to run is an esc, rx, servo and batts?

It comes with a Savox Servo, you'll need ESC, Rx, Lipos, plus misc hardware(cooling lines, steering connection)
I'll calculate shipping later this evening.

Let me ask , this boat with a proper esc on 12s should do what kind of speeds , I have never run this type of hull ,how does it handle and can it take a bit of chop

I'll jump in and help here.... this boat handles excellent... its a DF mono! lol... and its the big one... can def take some chop and racewater.

12s, that's a no no with this motor in my opinion and many many others... it was rated for 8s max actually but many used them on 10s also, 12s... not so much... on 10s with the right Prop I imagine 65 ish mph if set up well... its a BIG boat, those who have turned them into 75-90 mph beasts have been using 3060 and 3080 lehners, and schulze big boy esc's...

in all its a great boat, I would almost like it back lol.
