'DCMW' was showing intent to buy pending offer consideration.
However, my item description indicates that prices are firm.
Thus... 'DCMW's intent to buy and/or question was against my terms meaning 'rickwess' should get the item since he was first to show intent to buy (per the item description) at full asking price of $110.

The decision is entirely yours to choose. Both have legitimate points and claim to it, so the seller has to choose. More often, the first reply with the full amount is what the seller chooses.
