    AquaCraft Revolt ARTR Mono

SOLD as Hull and Hardware for $110

AquaCraft Revolt ARTR Mono - $220 Shipped in ConUS
No PMs, PayPal only, Prices are fair and firm, No Trades.
    Boat Stand Not Included.

ALSO... Willing to sell as a hull with hardware for $110 shipped. (No motor or ESC)

I purchased this as a hull w/hardware here on OSE Swap Shop. Seller said it was not used and kept as a spare hull. I since added a brand new Aquacraft 2030kv motor and a new Aquacraft 60amp ESC. Motor and ESC never had power to them. All it needs are a radio/receiver, batteries and prop and it’s good to go. I have a Tactic Radio and Receiver I can add if needed for an additional $25.

Bottom has a small chip, See Photo.

Sorry... My best price shipped to Texas is $110.
It's going to cost me about $20 to get it to you. After PP fees and shipping, I'm only clearing about $87 with the price at $110.

I should have never sold my Revolt (1st FE). I'll be hearing about this from my wife but, I'll pay $110 for the hull and hardware and I'll pay for shipping and PP fees.

                @ 'DCMW' and 'Rickwess'

Guys... you are making this more confusing then it needs to be. I'm not asking anyone to pay PP fees or shipping costs.
The price is $110 (hull & hardware) via payment through PayPal and I'll pay for shipping to you as long as you are within the continental US.
I was just saying to 'DCMW' that I will not going any lower then $110 because of the PP fees and shipping costs I NEED TO PAY.

'DCMW' has first dibbs at that price and terms.
'Rickwess' you are second if he doesn't want it. And Rick... since you are in Canada, I will cover the first $20 of shipping costs to you. Anything over that I'll need you to cover.
                Have fun with that....

The reason I mentioned shipping was I know it's going to cost you more into Ontario. I'll stay tuned.

Yes, I noticed that and I edited my post to say you will need to cover anything over $20.
If 'DCMW' passing.... It's yours. We'll give him 24 hours though, Okay.

                    Thanks for your interest.

                      Dear Mr. Moderators...

I'm not completely sure how I should be doing this here. 'DCMW' got me a little confused by making an offer at $100 and then after I told him I'd only take $110 due to MY PP fees and shipping costs, he responded that he'd pay the fees. I'm not sure if that was supposed to mean he'd pay the $110 and thus covering the fees I mentioned. Or maybe he was only raising his offer to $103 to cover the PP fees.

During this negotiation (if you will) 'rickwess' chimed in and said he'd take it for the $110 and pay shipping, meaning he'd pay the extra to get it to Canada.

Question is: should I be giving this to 'rickwess' since he was literally the first to "I'll take it" at my full asking price? The asking price I had already made clear in the original post and rebuttal to 'DCMW' that was a firm price.

                      Thanks for your help...

I'll take it at 110.00 if you decide to sell to rickwess no worries.

Okay Guys... I'm going to wait for the moderators to clear this up. I have a PM out to Steve V. and Doug S. to take a look at this thread.

I'm really not sure how I should be handling this situation and in an effort to not break and forum rules, I'm going to let one of them make the call as to who should get it.

Thanks to both of you for being understanding. I just want to be fair.

Swap Shop - Buyer Rule # 5 reads: "The first reply post that shows intent to buy pending more information in the thread (NOT via PM) is first in line to buy the item. ** BUT ** If the sellers item description indicates otherwise, the sellers rule takes precedence."

'DCMW' was showing intent to buy pending offer consideration.
However, my item description indicates that prices are firm.
Thus... 'DCMW's intent to buy and/or question was against my terms meaning 'rickwess' should get the item since he was first to show intent to buy (per the item description) at full asking price of $110.

Mr. Moderators... Is my thinking correct there???

Let Clayton have it. It shouldn't be this stressful. I'm 100% OK with this in case anyone needs to know.
