Well if you're concerned with this Impulse not performing like a V2, you might send Darin Jordan a PM for his opinion on V1 versus V2 since he had a hand in developing these...unless you've already got experience with both. I have Traxxas 2056 & 2075 waterproof, digital servos, & the newer ProBoat servo in the V2's I can easily swap into this hull. I also have a used-once SeaKing 180amp V2 ESC I could swap into this one if you really want to run it on 6s often, but I would adjust the asking price for the 180Amp ESC. And I thought the motors were the same between the V2 & V1. I can drop in a Leo 4082 1600kv for a little extra, also. Of course you'll want to upgrade the flex shaft, at least, in that case, too. Let me know if any of that changes anything for you.
