I just bought one of these in really good shape on ebay. Took it out last week & my initial strut & trim tab setup worked great. Ran it on 3s. Probably didn't get more than 40mph & took a few seconds to get going, but it pulled up on plane, made a nice roostertail & was a fun little boat. A 5500mAh bat lasted over 10 minutes. And now I'm going to gut it & do a one-piece carbon fiber inlay because that hull is PAPER thin. I see now why it can never be a 6s boat, but it looks cool & is still fun!

Great buy you got there. They did an excellent job capturing the scale look. I drool everytime one comes up and kick myself every time one passes me by. Perfect boat imo for a full scale build. Have fun with it!
